In 2002, Kim attained her Real Estate Salespersons license, followed by her Brokers license in 2004. In her continued commitment to providing the highest level of advice to her clients, Kim obtained her Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist Certification in April of 2007. Kim was honored as the Affiliate of the Quarter for the San Ramon Realtors' Marketing Association in 2005 and served on the Board of Directors as treasurer in 2006 and 2007. Kim is also an active member of her local California Association of Mortgage Broker (CAMB).
When not in the office, you’ll find Kim with her husband Scott, and sons Kelly and Cooper. Her hobbies include, snow skiing, waterskiing, biking, swimming, snorkeling and rollerblading. Kim has resided in the East Bay for the past 17 years, and currently lives in Danville. She was born and raised in the South Bay where she graduated from Gilroy High School and went on to further her education at California State University of Chico with a degree in Physical Education/Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training. While attending college she worked as a student athletic trainer and was a member of Delta Zeta Sorority.
Kim joined bank of commerce / mortgage, formerly BWC Mortgage Services in September of 2007, prior to which she spent five years with First Blackhawk Financial Corporation in Danville. Before making the move into real estate financing, Kim spent 9 years working in the healthcare industry with a successful career as an Account Manager for a prominent healthcare consulting/database management firm, Medstat, A Thomson Corporation. During these years, Kim worked as an advocate for her clients attaining an extremely high level of customer satisfaction and a 100% client renewal rate. The skills that made her successful in the healthcare industry- problem solving, customer service and delivering on promises are the skills she brings to her mortgage business.
